★Team Leader
✔ Responsible for day-to-day intra- and inter-departmental processes as the Head of the Engineering Department.
✔ Manage, motivate, and monitor my project team.
★ Project-Based Highlights
✔ Assess, design, implement, supervise and report on over 200+ ongoing projects while managing an engineering project portfolio with 130+ clients across China.
✔ Build, develop and present technical tender documents having submitted 50+ tenders with a 90% success rate.
★ Data-Based Highlights
✔ Maintain an Indoor Environment Quality data collection, consolidation, representation and reporting system that I developed from scratch with the use of Python and SciDaVis.
✔ Consolidate and analyze over 150+ environmental data points that are continuously collected through 30+ sensors across China.
✔ Create graphical representations of this data and provide monthly reports to our clients (over 90 reports so far).
★ R&D-Based Highlights
✔ Improved on the design of all company branded equipment i.e., EHS Mission.
✔ Researched and developed the technology for new products and services i.e., sound masking equipment, UI and UX sound masking app development, and noise survey equipment and testing.
